Commissioner for Transport meets with Awka/Onitsha protesting drivers . Calmed them down . Invites them for a roundable meeting . According to the protesting drivers " We are here to complain about the problems and challenges in Awka Onitsha route ,we don't have elected leadership ,about a year ago we had interim leadership which suppose to last for three months then followed by election ,but it is getting a year plus now ,no elected leadership in place. Again, we are battling with multiple tickets ,we pay average of 3000 a day on multiple tolls, ."
